All you have to do is, take 2 cloves of garlic at night before going to bed or start adding these garlic cloves in your daily food.

Right food habits: According to Ayurveda, digestion and metabolism are carried out by two different fires. They are called agni and pitta. Liver is a fiery organ anf anything hot is not good for the liver. Alcohol, caffeine, tobacco, spicy foods, non-veg, and packaged foods are not good for the liver and one should avoid consuming them. She recommends consuming foods like aloe vera, neem, amla, and karela, as Ayurveda considers them good for liver health.
